As one of the co-founders of Virtual Business Powerhouse, I bring along with me 20 years’ experience culled from various industries – telecommunications, real estate, pharmaceutical, BPO, and the academe. I have held several leadership positions where I was exposed to the different facets of Operations Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, Contracts Management, Administration, and earned savings of 20% in my Contract Negotiations.
I have been trained to perform independently, lead a team and commit, based on results.
Two years ago, I realized that life is too short to go home every day feeling dead-tired after a grueling day at the office. Not to mention, the 2-hour traffic that I had to endure to/from the office every day. I realized that life is too short not to be happy as I can be. I have to do everything possible to live a better life.

My virtual career began as a Social Media Assistant in 2016 where I handled the client's various social networks. As the content creator and publisher for each weekly publication, I made sure I had all the necessary parts were there to complete my project.

My career advancement took me through the position of Client Success Manager, Operations & Project Manager. I am in a hybrid type of role where I am responsible for the daily operational processes and procedures supporting the agency and the agency's clients, including onboarding and offboarding of clients. In addition, my role entails developing customer relationships that will foster retention and loyalty.
